How businesses respond to vulnerable customers

In 2007 the Group held an inquiry which looked at the way in which businesses respond to the needs of vulnerable customers. The inquiry team made 9 recommendations for action and this meeting gave us an opportunity to see how companies are now responding to vulnerable customers and whether our recommendations for business action have been taken up or overtaken by other developments.
